If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at order@asaved.in, and our customer experience team will assist you promptly.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please reach out to us within 12 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to process cancellations.

Replacements

Please do not accept any parcel if the sealing tape appears tampered with.

You may request a replacement within 5 days of delivery under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged/Incorrect Product: Please provide a picture of the delivered product along with the invoice. Upon review, a replacement will be sent within 2-3 working days.
  • Missing Item: Attach an image of the invoice received with the parcel. We will review your request within 24 hours and, if applicable, send a replacement.
  • Expired Product: Please submit a photo showing the product’s expiry date along with the invoice. If applicable, a replacement will be issued after a 24-hour of review.

Returns

We do not accept returns due to the following reasons:

  • Reducing our carbon footprint.
  • Once opened, resale of the product is not possible.
  • Loss of freshness in food products during the return process.

Conditions Not Accepted

  • Replacement requests made after 5 days from delivery.
  • Reporting of damaged or missing products after 5 days from delivery.
  • Cancellation requests made after 12 hours of ordering or once the shipment is dispatched.
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
