Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with ASAVED! We strive to ensure that your order is delivered promptly and safely. Please review our shipping policy for important details about shipping times, costs, and procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: A Standard fee of Rs.30 is applicable on all orders and Rs.200 on any Fragile order. Shipping will be calculated for your order at the time of checkout. 
    • Expedited Shipping: Same Day Delivery option available in Delhi NCR via porter services, the cost of which to be borne by the customer on actuals.

  • Corporate/Bulk Orders:
    • Shipping on actuals.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

  • If the product is damaged or the seal broken, please do not accept the package.
  • If the packaging is fine and the product is damaged on the inside, kindly share images at hello@asaved.in or on WhatsApp +919650606900 to review for replacement.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only PAN India.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of order. ASAVED is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team at hello@asaved.in or WhatsApp us on +919650606900 with your order details. We will do our best to assist in tracking down the package.
